Dr. Roland Klein is your contact for all questions and issues in the areas of individual and collective labor law and related fields of law, in particular corporate and social law. After his studies in Passau and Cardiff/UK, Dr. Klein was a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Social Law in Munich. Dr. Klein was admitted to the bar in 2005 and worked for many years in leading German law firms for labor and corporate law in Düsseldorf and Berlin. Dr. Klein is a specialist attorney for labor law.
He advises his clients on all aspects of employment law (contract drafting, protection against dismissal, works constitution law and co-determination, restructuring, staff reductions, working time arrangements, remuneration systems).
Dr. Roland Klein is your contact and consultant for all topics in the field of collective and individual labor law and related areas of law such as social law and corporate law. He advises both commercial and non-profit employers from Germany and abroad and represents them before authorities as well as labor courts, but also social and administrative courts in all instances. In addition, Dr. Klein is an experienced advisor in negotiations with the works council and in the conciliation board.
